Upon activation, callers have the option to leave a message or reach the guest/staff person at their mobile phone. Calls can be screened by the recipient who makes the choice to take the call or send the call back to the TIGER Innovation 2020 voice mail system.

PrivateLine and your Innovation system turn guest rooms into business-ready remote offices. Guests may be assigned up to three numbers - phone, data, fax - that connect directly to their room. And, frequent guests can reserve specific numbers for consistency during future stays.

Guests will feel right at home with business cards listing their personal numbers. They can also access information about their private lines through Innovation's Automated Guest Services (AGS).

When integrated with InnCommand, PrivateLine allows faxes to be routed to specially assigned extensions with no staff intervention at all. And that's what it's all about. Increase guest privacy and Guests will enjoy the privacy and convenience, you'll like managing fewer calls.
